Michael Feldman, CPA, CMA, MBA
Mike has over 20 years of experience in executive finance, accounting, and marketing roles in gaming, hospitality and real estate. Direct experience in casino management, sportsbook operations, and compliance, including:
• Launched and managed the first legal sports wagering operation in the state of Arkansas.
• Developed and implemented the system of internal controls for new casino launch.
• Created custom financial reporting models and management reporting tools including labor, marketing and product analysis reports.
• Developed and implemented new analytic departments for multiple casinos, customized to meet unique needs of each.

Brandon Valentini, CPA
Brandon has over 25 years of public accounting experience, including 15 years as a partner and Tribal gaming practice leader at a major U.S. accounting firm. Working with Tribes throughout his career, Brandon has extensive experience in all aspects of Tribal accounting, finance, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• Supplied assurance and consulting services to top executives and boards of leading Tribal casinos.
• Custom trainings for Tribal Councils and Boards of leading Tribal Casinos.

Managing Partner
Javier Moreno, CPA
Javier has 20 years of public accounting and consulting experience. He previously worked in the Tribal Services Practice at two major U.S. accounting firms and served as the Southwest Tribal Services leader prior to joining Full Circle Strategic Partners. Javier has provided consulting services to both Tribal Class II and Class III gaming facilities throughout the country. He has vast experience helping clients with bond offerings and other debt issuance, MICS and other regulatory compliance, and implementation of accounting standards.
• Featured instructor on gaming internal controls at multi-day conference in Las Vegas.
• Led national webcasts on technical accounting matters including the planning and implementation of GASB 87 and GASB 96.
• Led trainings for Tribal Councils and Gaming Commissions on strategic planning and financial statement literacy.
Consulting Manager
Christian Korsnack
Christian joined the Full Circle team as a consulting manager in July 2022. Originally from Ohio, Christian moved to Arizona in 2007 after graduating from Bowling Green University and has resided in Scottsdale ever since. He spent the first 15 years of his career as an auditor working at two nationally renowned CPA firms, developing the experience and extensive knowledge base he now puts to work for Full Circle’s clients.
• Christian is experienced in financial statement reporting, internal controls, and complex accounting matters including ASC 606, ASC 842, GASB 87/96, mergers, acquisitions, and debt modifications.
• Has helped hundreds of mid-market commercial companies in Phoenix in the technology/gaming, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality/retail industries.
• Highly focused on providing superior service through his constant communication with clients on project status and seeks practical approaches to efficiently solve client accounting problems.
